Registering For Membership

To register for a membership on our website, simply click the "Register" button located at the top-center of every page. You will be required to enter basic shipping and billing information to create your online profile with us. By creating an online profile, you are automatically agreeing to receive newsletter style emails from our website regarding new products and categories. If you would like to opt out of this service, please e-mail our administrator at Admin@redmoonbay.com so that you can be removed from our mail list.

Returns

Red Moon Bay allows customers to return any item within 30 days of purchase that is new, still in the box, and never been opened, but the customer will be charged a 15% restocking fee and will be required to pay all shipping fees. The customer must email CustomerService@redmoonbay.com to inform us of the return and obtain a return authorization number (RA#). There will be no refund for items returned without an RA#. The refund will be credited to the customer within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods. The payment will be refunded by the same payment method that was used at the time of purchase.

Shipping

All shipping times are quoted based upon transit days. The day your order ships does not count as a transit day. In addition, our shipping facilities are closed on Saturday's and Sundays, as are Fedex. Therefore, these days must be taken into account when calculating shipping times. All orders will receive a valid tracking number upon shipment via email. Tracking numbers do not become active until 8:00pm ET the day of shipment. In addition, all Fedex Express 1 and 2 day shipments must be received by 11:00am ET Monday - Friday to be delivered by the quoted time. Orders not received in this time frame may not be received within the quoted time frame.

Damaged Products

Red Moon Bay works hard to package your order as good as possible to prevent damage during shipping. If you do have products arrive that were clearly damaged during the shipping process, please contact the shipping company (Fed Ex, UPS) immediately to file a claim. It is important that you keep the box the items were shipped in because they may send a representative to review the claim. If the shipping company is unable to process the claim, please email CustomerService@redmoonbay.com to inform us of the situation and we will do our best to assist you with the claim. We will be unable to help you if you have not already placed a claim with the shipping company.

Defective Products

Red Moon Bay carries a large variety of products and as a result the warranty varies based on which items you have purchased. Please review the warranty information below based on the category of the merchandise you are buying.

Airsoft Guns

We cannot offer a warranty on any airsoft products because there are too many factors that could cause damage to the guns. The only warranty we offer on airsoft products is if the product was damaged when received. The main causes for damage to airsoft guns are the use of poor quality BBs and paintballs, or simply that the gun was dropped by the end user. In the event that you do receive a gun that is damaged in the package, please email CustomerService@redmoonbay.com to inform us of the situation. When we receive your claim we will issue you a RA#, and may request for the gun to be shipped back. If the gun does appear to have been damaged without any use, we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement gun or refund the shipping charges.

Tools

All Cal-Hawk hand tools carry a limited lifetime warranty. We have a 30-day warranty on all power and electric tools that we sell for over $10.00. If you have a tool that is defective within the warrant period please email CustomerService@redmoonbay.com to inform us of this problem and to obtain a RA#. If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.

Toys

All toys are guaranteed to work when opened. There is no extended warranty on any toys or RC products. If you receive a defective toy please email CustomerService@redmoonbay.com to obtain a RA# . If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.

Other Products

All other products that do not fall into one of the categories listed above are guaranteed to arrive intact and in proper working condition. They do not have an extended warranty and claims must be made at the time of receipt. To make the claim please email CustomerService@redmoonbay.com to inform us of this problem and to obtain a RA#. If the item is determined to be defective we will issue you a credit or give you a refund by the same method you used to purchase the item. We will not ship a replacement item or refund the shipping charges.

Product Disclaimers

At Red Moon Bay, we take all of our photos and write all product descriptions in-house to have the most control over our content. In most cases, the product picture will represent exactly what you are receiving. On occasion, the color, brand, or style will vary depending on our distributor. In the few cases where an item comes in different styles or colors, the product description will note this.

Airsoft Guns
Consumers must be at least 18 years of age to purchase an Airsoft gun and use an Airsoft gun. A permanent blaze orange marking at the front end of all Airsoft products is a federal requirement for product distinction, and all of our products comply with this law. Any modification to this orange marking is against the law.

Self Defense Items
It is the buyer's responsibility to check local and state laws in is/her selling area regarding the legality of the merchandise purchased. It is the buyer's responsibility to be aware of any federal laws regarding the merchandise purchased. Red Moon Bay is not responsible for any injury, incarceration, or illegal sales of merchandise once an order has been shipped.

Stun Guns
Stun guns CANNOT be shipped to the following states:
